I just ordered one package and wish to upgrade if possible. How can I do that?
Your credit card information is not available to us. As a result we cannot charge any upgrade fees. If you decide right away we can cancel the order and you can reorder the package you want. We can also send you an invoice with a charge for the upgrade. You can pay the invoice online. We use PayPal for that service and it is completely safe.
How much shipping inside and outside of the United States? Is there a place I can get the program locally in my country?
Shipping in the US is $11.95. Shipping outside of the United States is $39.99USD. Unfortunately we don’t have shipping sites or retailers in other countries so everything is shipped from the US.
Is overnight or express shipping available?
No, we don’t offer that through our website. The digital download offers immediate access to the program making costly shipping unnecessary. If you have a very specific need regarding shipping you can contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
How do I return the program?
If you ordered the basic version just email us the following within 30 days of purchase: I agree to remove All digital copies of Turnaround and it’s related products from any and all electronic devices. I will not store or retain any content in any format. All downloaded content will be purged and eliminated for eternity and can never be viewed again. For other products simply return everything you received within the guarantee time limits. Please include your name, address, email and order number (if you have it) so we can correctly process the refund. Pre-authorization is not required. Feel free to remove and destroy any used pages in the journal. We will destroy it anyway but if you are concerned about privacy a mangled journal won’t impact the refund. Nor will damage to the case or CDs. The only qualification is that we don’t refund postage.

I am trying to order and I keep running into problems on the website before I can complete the process. What should I do?
On rare occasions we get feedback about problems in the ordering process. We continue to try to solve any issues but sometimes miss things. First we suggest you try a different browser. For example if you are using Safari, consider trying Chrome, Firefox or Explorer. If that doesn’t work we can process your order over the phone (877-300-7436). We don’t have operators available all the time so you may have to leave a message and someone will return your call. If there is a major time difference you can email us what product you would like to order and we will send you an invoice that you can pay online. It is through PayPal so it is completely safe.
